Exercise is arguably the single best intervention to prevent and manage diabetes and pre-diabetes. In head to head comparison with the drugs, exercise is superior at preventing diabetes in people at high risk for diabetes. While not a “cure”, many of our clients have been able to lower medication doses and in some cases, come off drugs.
