Our fitness classes are individually designed around you. Your unique health requirements, needs and goals will be taken into consideration as we develop an exercise program for you. Group classes are no bigger then seven individuals per class. You will be paired with a highly qualified kinesiologist who will tailor your program while continually monitoring your progress.
