Ayla graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. She works for the Lions Gate Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. She is an ex-national level gymnast and a competitive gymnastics coach. She is a registered kinesiologist with the BCAK and has trained individuals with different musculoskeletal injuries. She has a background in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and maintenance. She is also a Child Life volunteer with the BC Children’s Hospital and a Morning Caller with Senior Services Society of BC. She speaks English, Arabic, and French.

Ryan Gangmin Lee has graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Kinesiology where he found his passion towards active rehabilitation and health. He is currently working towards his way to become a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to widen his range of knowledge and to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals as well as to improve their quality of life through physical activity and exercise. Ryan also works with the Lions Gate Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cardiometabolic program. Ryan has been to various volunteers domestic and abroad where he learned about the importance of exercise and proper knowledge. Ryan is fluent in English and Korean, and he has participated in various sports throughout his life.
